Oh Boy!!

The Sweets kicked off the weekend with some awesome news...

We will be welcoming a little boy into the family. Since the day we told Isabelle she would be getting a sibling, she has been more than adamant that the baby was a brother and she wanted to hear no talk about a baby sister. She likes to hug him and take his picture..

We have had a lot of rain the past week so we had to squeeze in what we could, when we could.We had a big breakfast all together on Sautrday morning and then spent the afternoon grocery shopping and catching up around the house. Sunday morning came early and man was it hot!

Like I said before, it was very hot so we weren't there long before we all decided our time would be much better spent home in the pool..

Back to Florida Life

After a very nice summer in Indiana, we were all ready to come back to Florida and get back to our idea of normal. Here is what we have been up to..

On the road

Isabelle was so happy to get home to all of her toys and more importantly, her art supplies! We have been painting up a storm, working on letters, and even made some heart crayons..

We also made it a mission to get straight to the beach. We have been several times already because we missed it so much..

We are happy to be home and looking forward to the months ahead!

A Summer of Fun

We had an amazing summer with our family and friends in Indiana this year. This will finally wrap up my missed summer of blogging. Here are some of the things we did..

There were a lot of hot days this summer so we took many trips to the local water park..

There were also several trips to Scoops, the local ice cream shop, for more cooling off...

We also spent one afternoon at Springmill, walking the village and splashing in the creek, then headed on a cave tour at near by Blue Springs Caverns..
