Busy Days

After the hubs and I had our big night out on Friday, we kept Saturday pretty low key... Hanging around the house, watching some t.v., and doing a whole lot of nothing :)

Sundays in the fall are completely dedicated to one thing in our house...football. Now, I don't mind football but I could also care less about it for the most part so I tackled some things around the house while Luke and Brecklyn watched the afternoon games. My first project, Judes closet..with some help of course...

Isabelle of course had to snap a few pics herself
After painting, us women folk headed to the kitchen to crank out some football snackage... 7 layer dip, buffalo chicken dip, and chocolate chip cream cheese spread. Jodi and her sister Jenna came by to join us for the evening games and brought us all some party gifts...Tiaras. This prompted a royal dance for princess Isabelle and king daddy...

After all the cooking, cleaning, painting and entertaining on Sunday, this momma was a little frazzled so us girls hit the beach for a little R&R...

I can still see veins in my feet at 27 weeks prego...woo hoo

Isabelle and I looking for jellyfish

We came back to the house and Brecklyn and I got cleaned up for an adult, girls only, shopping trip to buy baby momma clothes and have a nice dinner where I could eat my meal while its hot { this was all at the suggestion/insistence of my wonderful hubby who knew I had been a bit stressed lately..love ya babe}

After a great night, it was back to business this morning with a delivery of an awesome dresser that Brecklyn found on Craigslist...

Then I got to work on the chores I have been ignoring, including vacuuming, thanks to my new vacuum { as you may remember my poor vacuum bit the dust on me last week sniff sniff}

All of this being done around Isabelle and her playmates :)

I want a daughter like yours... I love the dancing around the living room with daddy! He is such a fun daddy :) You can tell she has him wrapped around her little finger. I love reading your blogs. I feel like I know Isabelle and yet I've never even met her. I really like the dresser. I've been on pinterest and came across this blog where she goes to goodwill and turns crappy things into beautiful things.. I think I found a new hobby now LOL..
